1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to Peugeot Motor Company PLC, whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND, company number 00148545.
 

2. Eligible aftersales customers who complete a test drive in any new Peugeot vehicle at a participating Peugeot Retailer, will receive a prize (the “Promotion”). The “Prize” refers to four (4) Showcase Cinema Tickets, provided through a voucher code which can be redeemed at Showcase Cinemas Nationwide via the Showcase Cinema’s website.
 

3. The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, (“Participants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families, agencies, and the Promotor’s authorised retailers.
 

4. By entering the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 

5. The Promotion is subject to availability and capped at a total of 1,000 tickets. All eligible test drives must be completed by 23:59 on 31 March 2026, or until voucher codes for 1,000 tickets have been issued, whichever occurs first.
 

6. The Promotion is open exclusively to Participants who arrange their test drive by scanning the dedicated QR code available in-store at participating Peugeot Retailers.
 

7. To qualify, the Participant must complete a test drive in a new Peugeot vehicle with a participating Peugeot Retailer during the promotional period. The Peugeot Retailer will then record eligible customer details for auditing and verification purposes.
 

8. One claim per household.
 

9. No purchase necessary.
 

10. Upon completion of the eligible test drive, the participating Peugeot Retailer will provide the Participant with the Prize.
 

11. The Prize will be supplied to participating Retailers by the Promoter for distribution to qualifying customers.
 

12. The Promotion is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
 

13. No cash alternative is available
 

14. If, for any reason, the Promotion becomes unavailable (other than having reached the maximum 1,000 tickets), the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
 

15. The Promoter will not be liable for any travel costs or expenses incurred by participants travelling to or from a Peugeot Retailer to take part in this Promotion.
 

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for voucher codes lost, delayed, or damaged in transmission or for any issues encountered when redeeming them via the Showcase Cinemas website.
 

17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
 

18. Subject to the above and as permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, expense or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.
 

19. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any act, default or omission of third parties, including Showcase Cinemas, for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
 

20.The Promoter will process Participant data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, which can be found at Our Privacy Policy | Peugeot UK. In order to administer the Prize, the Promoter will require certain essential information, including the Participant’s name, contact details, and Retailer information.
 

21. In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
 

22. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
