PEUGEOT CARE offers customers who maintain their vehicle by a participating PEUGEOT retailer extended coverage for their vehicle’s electric motor, charging system, powertrain, and electrical and mechanical components for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, after the end of the vehicle’s Manufacturer Warranty

PEUGEOT CARE is available on the latest generation of  all-electric PEUGEOT models. For more details please refer to the terms and conditions. 

To be entitled to PEUGEOT CARE :
- your vehicle needs to be eligible (see T & C's)
- you should have had your vehicle serviced according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s service log book (even if it was not in the PEUGEOT network)
Then just perform your next service at a participating PEUGEOT authorised retailer.

Yes, you can still benefit from PEUGEOT CARE. If you have had any of your previous manufacturer servicing completed by a non-participating PEUGEOT retailer or by an indepedent motor trader, provided your vehicle is under 8 years old from the date of first registration and is below 100,000 miles. However, there may be limits to PEUGEOT CARE if the previous servicing needs have not been carried out according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

You cannot subscribe to PEUGEOT CARE, however PEUGEOT provides a range of extended warranty products that can suit your needs.

Yes, you can still benefit from PEUGEOT CARE, provided your eligible vehicle is under 8 years old from the date of first registration, under 100,000 miles. Your vehicle must be serviced according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s service log book (even if it was not in a participating PEUGEOT retailer).

If your vehicle is under 8 years old and under 100,000 miles, PEUGEOT CARE is transferable to the next owner.

PEUGEOT CARE cover is activated once your recommended scheduled servicing is completed by a participating PEUGEOT retailer. No extra steps or paperwork are required from you. And no extra cost!

You have a buffer of 1200 miles or 2 months after your scheduled servicing to keep your PEUGEOT CARE eligbility.

No - your PEUGEOT CARE cover is provided free of charge.

PEUGEOT CARE covers faulty mechanical or electrical failures. Parts and labour are included. For more details please check terms and conditions.

There are exclusions to your cover such as, but not limited to, infotainment system, routine maintenance, wear and tear items, accidental damage and modifications not approved by PEUGEOT. For more details please check terms and conditions.

PEUGEOT CARE coverage is renewed at each service done according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s service log book, at a participating PEUGEOT retailer, up to 8 years from first registration date or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).

Yes, to activate your PEUGEOT CARE cover. You can always rejoin the programme if any previous servicing has been performed in or outside a particiapting PEUGEOT retailer or an independent motor trader.

For any UK registered vehicle to activate your PEUGEOT CARE cover the servicing must be completed by a UK participating PEUGEOT retailer.

Yes if you have an active level of PEUGEOT CARE cover on your vehicle you can have eligible repairs completed outside of the UK. For eligible geographical cover please see the terms and conditions.

If you purchase a Flexcare service plan, your servicing and maintenance costs will be covered by a single or fixed monthly payment. You can benefit from a Flexcare service plan contract and PEUGEOT CARE cover at the same time.
