Exploration. Education. Innovation

For the past two years, PEUGEOT has supported Under The Pole in its exploration missions across Europe and Honduras. As Official Education Partner, PEUGEOT contributes to initiatives that advance awareness and understanding of ocean conservation.


Today, PEUGEOT and Under The Pole are taking this collaboration further with the joint development of a new exploration capsule, designed to improve the living and working conditions of scientists at sea.

 

In 2026, the journey continues towards Antarctica.

Under the Pole is an underwater exploration programme dedicated to ocean conservation, built around three core pillars:

- Scientific research, to deepen understanding of the richness, resilience, and role of marine ecosystems.
- Technology, through an innovative underwater capsule enabling continuous, long‑term observation beneath the surface.
- Education, raising awareness among younger generations and the general public about the importance of preserving the oceans.

- Co‑creating educational content and delivering joint communications.
- Organising educational days for school audiences.
- Providing electric utility vehicles to support zero‑emissions transport.
