Updated Design, Three Powertrain Options: Electric, Plug-in Hybrid and Mild Hybrid

• PEUGEOT opened UK order books for the updated New 308 hatchback and New 308 SW estate in November 2025
• Three trim levels available: Allure, GT, and the all-new GT Premium.

PEUGEOT opened UK order books for the updated New 308 hatchback and New 308 SW estate on 11 November 2025.
The updated range is available in three trim levels – Allure, GT, and the all-new GT Premium – and with three powertrain options: the all-electric E-308, Plug-in Hybrid 195 and Hybrid 145. Design changes are applied across both the hatchback and estate body styles.
Despite enhanced design, upgraded powertrains, and additional technology, starting prices for the New 308 and 308 SW are lower than their predecessors.

Changes Across All Models

All New 308 and 308 SW models receive the following exterior updates:

• New front end with redesigned bumper and grille
• PEUGEOT 3D LED rear lights with a distinctive angled three-claw signature
• Gloss black rear skirt
• New alloy wheels: 17-inch diamond-cut on Allure; 18-inch diamond-cut on GT and GT Premium
• New model badging

All-Electric: E-308 and E-308 SW

The E-308 hatchback and E-308 SW qualify for the UK government Electric Car Grant (ECG), providing a £1,500 saving off the list price. Prices shown in the E-308 tables above reflect the post-ECG price.

Standards and Methodology

Performance range figures: All electric range figures are measured under the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP).

WLTP range figures are standardised laboratory measurements. Real-world range will vary depending on conditions including ambient temperature, driving style, speed, vehicle load, and use of ancillary systems such as climate control and heating.

PHEV electric range figures are obtained using a combination of battery power and fuel, measured under WLTP with a fully charged battery.

Electric Car Grant (ECG): The UK government Electric Car Grant provides £1,500 off the purchase price of eligible battery electric vehicles with an OTR price below the scheme threshold. Eligibility is subject to current government criteria.
