The 408 HYBRID features a 145hp powertrain with a 48V self-charging hybrid system. The system allows for pure electric driving up to 1km at low speed, supported by a 0.9kWh 48V battery.
408 PLUG-IN HYBRID
The 408 PLUG-IN HYBRID combines an efficient 1.6L petrol engine with a 92kW (125hp) electric motor. This is integrated into a dual-clutch seven-speed automatic electrified gearbox (e-DSC7). The powertrain produces a combined 221hp and 360Nm of torque. A 16.2kWh battery provides up to 50 miles of electric range (WLTP EAER) for ALLURE and GT trims, and up to 49 miles (WLTP EAER) for GT PREMIUM. A 3.7kW on-board charger is standard on ALLURE and GT trims, enabling a full recharge in 3 hours 25 minutes. GT Premium models are equipped with a 7.4kW on-board charger, reducing charging time to 1 hour 40 minutes.
E-408
The E-408 features a 58kWh usable capacity battery, delivering 210hp and 343Nm of torque. GT trim builds upon ALLURE features, adding PEUGEOT Matrix LED Headlight Technology, and illuminated PEUGEOT shield and front grille. GT Premium Trim
