What information will we collect from you?
In order to access certain functions on our website you may be required to input some items of personal information. These items of personal information may include: name, address, telephone number, email address, car registration number and other contact information. We may collect and process any personal information that you voluntarily provide to us in this way, but we will only do so in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

The only exception is that, if you book an online test drive, we may match otherwise anonymous analytical cookies with the personal details you enter for the test drive and compare this combined information with our new vehicle customer database to help us understand the online journey of our new vehicle customers. This allows us to optimise our online customer offering. We will only use the combined information for such purposes, will always keep it secure in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and won’t share the combined information with third parties. Where will we store your personal information?
Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the personal information transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk. However, once your personal information has been received by us, it will be encrypted and stored on our secure company server and we will take all reasonable measures to keep it secure and prevent unauthorised access to it. Your personal information may also be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area, but we will always do our best to ensure that it is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What will we do with your personal information?

They will only use it for the purposes and using the contact methods set out above. These third parties may be located outside of the European Economic Area but, as set out above, we will always do our best to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that, other than the third parties listed in this paragraph, we will not disclose your personal information to any other third party whatsoever and we will never sell your personal information.
