How to find your vehicle’s VIN

Your car’s 17-character VIN number, beginning VF3, can be found in five different places:

1.    On your V5 registration document
2.    On your windscreen, usually in the bottom corner
3.    In the service and maintenance booklet that came with your user guide and manual
4.    Under the bonnet of your car
5.    On the letter in your Welcome Pack (if you have bought a car recently).
