Peugeot and Children in Need

children in need

BBC Children in Need provide support to disadvantaged children in the UK through local and national charities. This includes children who have experienced mental, physical or sensory disabilities; those who are living in poverty or in situations of deprivation or suffering distress, abuse or neglect.

Peugeot Motor Company firmly believes that every child deserves to fulfil their potential; therefore we are proud to support BBC Children in Need with their mission.

Recognising Children in Need’s national approach we began fundraising in 2012, and following the success of 2013's 'UK's Largest Car Wash' at Peugeot dealerships across the country, for 2014, Peugeot and Pudsey teamed up to form the ‘Dynamic Duo’ with a mission to find fundraising superheroes across our Network and Head Office, in a bid to break through the £1 million mark for BBC Children in Need.

We encouraged all Peugeot employees to take on the challenge of becoming a superhero for the day to raise funds. And they took on cycling, skydiving, abseiling, swimming, baking (or simply dressed up), and we got plenty of public support for our superheroes in their fundraising challenges, breaking through the £1 million mark.

Following our successful fundraising over the last three years, we hope our latest venture to raise money in 2015 (details coming soon) is a big success, so please visit your local Peugeot dealer to show your support, or visit our online store to buy official BBC Children in Need merchandise.
