3008 / 5008 LUXURY WEEKEND BREAK
1. The competition is being promoted by Peugeot Motor Company PLC,
Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND. Registered in
England No. 148545.
2. This free prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18
years or over who test drive a Peugeot 3008 or Peugeot 5008 between
11th January 2010 and 31st March 2010 and is not open to employees
and their immediate families of Peugeot Motor Company PLC, their
agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No
entries will be accepted after 18.00 on April 1st 2010. No
purchase necessary. Entries from third parties, bulk entries or via
agencies will not be accepted. This free prize draw is available at
participating dealers only. On completing a test drive, all
entrants will be provided with a “Refer a Friend” card and if that
card is utilised, they will be entered into the draw again.
3. The FREE UK Break is valid for up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2
children) to enjoy two nights accommodation at a minimum 4star
hotel. Winners are free to choose any mainland UK destination,
town, city or countryside, and the dates of stay. The offer is
subject to availability so it is recommended that winners book in
advance. The reward is based on a family, twin or double room and
bed and breakfast basis. Breaks are supplied in partnership with a
range of different hotels including Mal Maison, Hilton, Marriot and
McDonalds,. Extras (e.g. supplements or charges for additional
persons, specific services, upgrades, spa & golf packages,
evening meals etc) are not included and will be charged at the time
of booking. All breaks must be booked by 31st May 2010 and must be
taken by 15 December 2010. The terms and conditions of the hotel
you choose to stay at also apply. Only one UK Break will be issued
per household and only one voucher per booking. Details of how to
book will be issued with your presentation documents.
4. The draw will be made by an independent person, whose decision
shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered
into. Entry to this incentive is via a web-form at participating
Dealerships. No responsibility is taken for entries not received.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 7th April 2010, 12.00 hours
at The Production House, Olympic House, The Birches, East
Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1EH. The names of the winners may be
obtained after 7th April 2010 by sending a pre-stamped
envelope marked "Peugeot – Luxury Break competition” to the above
address.
5. The winners will be notified within seven days of the draw
date by email and phone. By entering the promotion, all entrants
agree to participate in any publicity arising from the award of a
prize.
6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Peugeot Motor
Company PLC will be final in all matters and no correspondence will
be entered into.
7. Peugeot Motor Company PLC reserves the right to amend or
withdraw the promotion in whole or part without prior notice or
compensation.
8. By entering this competition, the reader will be deemed to have

The Peugeot Peace of Mind Package comprises of four
elements:

to taking delivery of a new 308 CC from any Peugeot Franchised
Dealer in the UK.
Five Year/50,000 miles Service
Plan
1) The Peugeot Peace of Mind package covers the
cost of all scheduled servicing requirements for 5 years/50,000
miles, whichever milestone is reached first, and includes Peugeot
Original Equipment Parts, lubricants and labour involved in all
Peugeot 308 CC scheduled servicing. It does not cover repair
and maintenance items, such as tyres, brake pads, top ups etc.
Accidental damage is also excluded.
2) All services covered are recorded on your
membership card supplied within your Peace of Mind pack.
3) All servicing must be carried out at a Peugeot
Authorised Repairer.
4) Servicing conducted under the Peugeot Peace of
Mind must be carried out in accordance with Peugeot’s time and
mileage recommendations as per the terms and conditions of the
vehicle warranty – please see below for further information.
5) Any form of tuning or performance enhancement
that is not Peugeot approved invalidates the agreement
6) Peugeot Peace of Mind is transferable to
subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another
vehicle.

Peugeot Accident Assistance
This includes:
1) The provision of a dedicated Accident
Assistance Line(0800 92 32999) operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year
2) The recovery of the vehicle to a Peugeot
Approved Accident Repairer
3) Any subsequent claim or repair will be managed
on your behalf free of charge
4) Only Peugeot Original Equipment Parts will be
used in the repair alongside Peugeot approved repair methods.
5) For cases where the driver is not at fault –
the supply, free-of-charge, of an equivalent replacement hire
vehicle
Peugeot Warranty Terms and Conditions
All Peugeot vehicles sold through the UK authorised Dealer come
with a comprehensive 3-year warranty which is automatically
transferable on the sale or purchase of the vehicle. Your Peugeot
is guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of two years from
the date of first registration, against manufacturing fault of
defective materials, without any limitation on mileage. The date is
entered on the Warranty Certificate, which is supplied with the new
vehicle.
In addition to Peugeot’s 2 year unlimited mileage warranty,
vehicles supplied by Peugeot Motor Company PLC and then sold and
registered in the UK by a Peugeot Dealer benefit from an extra free
year of warranty(your third year), provided by your Dealer. This
third year is additional to the manufacturer’s warranty and carries
a limit of 60,000 miles from the first registration.
The warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s servicing schedule
being carried out at the specified time or distance intervals,
utilising Peugeot Original Equipment Parts or parts to their
equivalent quality. If these conditions are not met, you may risk
invalidating the warranty.
In the case of a change of ownership, subsequent owners will
benefit from the remaining period of warranty, up to 3 years after
the date of the warranty certificate, provided that the conditions
of application have been followed by each of the owners.
You’ll also receive a 12 –year Anti-Perforation and 3 year Paint
Warranty. Like your vehicle warranty, this warranty is
automatically transferable on the sale of the vehicle.
