THE PEUGEOT PEACE OF MIND PACKAGE | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Peugeot Peace of Mind Package comprises of three elements:

•    Five years or 50,000 miles Service Plan (whichever milestone is reached first)
•    Three years Peugeot Breakdown Assistance
•    Lifetime Peugeot Accident Assistance

It must be bought (included as part of the GT100 package) and paid for at the point of taking delivery of a new 308 CC from any Peugeot Franchised Dealer in the UK.

Five Year/50,000 miles Service Plan

1)    The Peugeot Peace of Mind package covers the cost of parts, lubricants and labour involved in all Peugeot 308 CC scheduled servicing requirements for 5 years/50,000 miles whichever milestone is reached first. It does not cover repair and maintenance items, such as tyres, brake pads, top ups etc. Accidental damage is also excluded.
2)    All services covered are recorded on the rear of your membership card supplied within your fulfillment pack. If in doubt, ask your local Peugeot Dealer for clarification.
3)    All servicing must be carried out at a Peugeot Authorised Repairer by Peugeot trained technicians.
4)    Servicing conducted under the Peugeot Peace of Mind must be carried out in line with Peugeot’s time and mileage recommendations. If in doubt, please refer to your local Dealer.
5)    Any form of tuning or performance enhancement that is not Peugeot approved invalidates the agreement
6)    Peugeot Peace of Mind is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car.


Three Years Peugeot Breakdown Assistance

This includes:

1)    Roadside Assistance
2)    Home Assistance
3)    National Recovery
4)    Onward Travel
5)    European Cover
6)    Covers Non Vehicle faults – for example misfuel, puncture or lost keys

Lifetime Peugeot Accident Assistance

This includes:

1)    The provision of a dedicated Accident Assistance Line(0800 92 32999) operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
2)    The recovery of the vehicle to a Peugeot Approved Accident Repairer
3)    Any subsequent claim or repair will be managed on your behalf free of charge
4)    Only Peugeot Original Equipment Parts will be used in the repair alongside Peugeot approved repair methods.
5)    For cases where the driver is not at fault – the supply free of charge,of an equivalent replacement hire vehicle.

The Dealer will provide customers with a cheque equivalent to twice the current RFL cost.  It is the customer’s responsibility to apply for RFL for years 2 and 3. Terms and conditions apply. DISCOVER PEUGEOT COMPETITION | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is being promoted by Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.  Registered in England No. 148545.

2. This free prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over who enter online via a dedicated URL (www.peugeotfreefuel.com) and it is not open to employees and their immediate families of Peugeot Motor Company PLC, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No purchase is necessary. No entries will be accepted after December 31st 2011.  Entries from third parties, bulk entries or via agencies will not be accepted. Only one entry per household will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries not received.

3. By entering the competition each entrant consents to the collection and retention by the Promoter of all personal data submitted and to the use of such personal data by the Promoter and its agents for the duration of and for all purposes in connection with the prize draw. In addition, unless the opt-out box on the entry form is ticked, the Promoter will use such personal data for market research and sales tracking, and to contact the entrant for marketing purposes. The Promoter may disclose this information to other companies within its international group of companies, and to its dealers and agents for the above purposes.

4. The price will be given in the form of a pre-paid debit card to the value of £4605.
'Free Fuel for Three Years' amount is equivalent to value of fuel required to cover 10,000 miles in a vehicle with an average fuel consumption of 35mpg at an average fuel cost of £1.36 per litre.  The prize will be provided on a preloaded MasterCard® debit card.

5. This card is an electronic money product. The electronic money associated with this card is provided by Prepay Technologies Ltd, a company regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the issuance of electronic money. Prepay Technologies Ltd is a registered service provider of Clydesdale Bank PLC.

6. The draw will be made by an independent person, whose decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. One winner will be drawn. The draw will take place on Monday 9th January 2012 at 12.00 hours at Fletcher Data Services Ltd, Sheldon, Birmingham. The name of the winner may be obtained after January 10th 2012 by sending a pre-stamped envelope marked "Peugeot – 3 Years Free Fuel” to Cathryn Hancock, Pinley House, Coventry, CV3 1ND.

7.  The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw. By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to participate in any publicity arising from the award of a prize.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Peugeot Motor Company PLC will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. By entering this competition, the entrant will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.


COLD WEATHER TYRES | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. A free visual health check will be carried out on your vehicle, where at the same time, pictures will be taken of your tyres to record any existing wear/damage for you to authorise. The images will be stored on the dealer database.
2. Upon collection of your vehicle, you Customer Adviser will present the results from your health check inspection and discuss the storage options.
3. If you decide to take advantage of the Peugeot storage option before being deposited in the storage location, your tyres will be cleaned, packaged and labelled before storage.
4. Upon payment for the cold weather tyres and storage (if applicable) you will be issued with a customer information pack with a copy of your contract, change over dates and any other relevant information. Customers using the storage option will be issued with a separate contract where the full terms and conditions will be specified.
5. Your Peugeot dealership will contact you close to the agreed change over period to arrange the re-fitment of your summer tyres.
6. On your return, your winter tyres will be removed, cleaned and checked and any issues identified. A free visual health check will also be carried out on your vehicle and the results advised.
7. Winter tyres can then be stored, if required, (at an agreed charge) until needed again later in the year.
8. It is at your discretion to keep cold weather/summer tyres on the vehicle even if you have been advised otherwise by your Peugeot dealership.
9. If you decide to sell the car that the tyres belong to, please ensure that you notify your Peugeot dealership  and advise them a course of action if they are storing your spare set of tyres.           

 

10. If you do not return to your dealership during the change over period interest will be charged at a weekly fixed rate of £1 for the continuation of storage.
11. Participating Dealers only
