If you're part of a visiting force from the US and need a reliable vehicle during your tour of duty, Peugeot Export can offer you a great deal. You can choose from any vehicle in the Peugeot range at tax-free prices.

All vehicles are UK registered and supplied with a standard V5 registration document and exempt tax disc. All vehicles have a UK Type Approval.

Am I eligible to purchase a tax-free Peugeot?

To take advantage of our tax-free offer you'll need to fill in a Foreign Office approval of tax-free purchase form TX26 (for UK built vehicles) or C428 (for overseas built vehicles).

Can I place an order direct with Peugeot Export?

Peugeot Export only undertake the administration and supply of all Peugeot tax-free business - our sales are conducted by approved selling dealers/agents located around the UK.

What paperwork do I need to produce to prove my entitlement?

You'll need to produce – in triplicate – a C&E 941, which you'll need to complete with your name, address and rank. This form can be obtained from your base vehicle registrar and must be endorsed by them once completed.

Will I have to arrange all the Customs & Excise paperwork before I can purchase a new vehicle?

Peugeot Export and your chosen Peugeot dealer will complete all the paperwork, leaving you to just pick up the car!

Do I need insurance?

Obviously all vehicles sold by Peugeot Export require the minimum third party insurance cover. To enable tax-free registration formalities to be completed you will be asked to produce an original (not photocopy) of your insurance certificate/cover note.

Will my Peugeot be covered by a manufacturer's warranty?

Peugeot offer a three-year manufacturer's vehicle warranty, which is a worldwide agreement. Peugeot have a full dealer network in Europe; any of these dealers will be able to help with your service and warranty requirements.

Can I part exchange my existing vehicle?

Your local dealer will be happy to discuss this with you and will also be able to make a full valuation of your car.
