Am I eligible to purchase a tax-free Peugeot?

If you receive a confirmed overseas posting order for more than six months then you can take advantage of our special NATO Forces tax-free prices.

Can I use my new Peugeot in the UK before I export it?

Yes – your posting to an EU country entitles you to use your new tax-free vehicle for up to two months before the date of export. For full information please refer to HM Customs & Excise Notice 728.

Can I place an order direct with Peugeot Export?

Peugeot Export only undertake the administration and supply of all Peugeot tax-free business - our sales are conducted by approved selling dealers/agents located around the UK.

Will I have to arrange all the Customs & Excise paperwork before I can purchase a new vehicle?

Peugeot Export and your chosen Peugeot dealer will complete all the paperwork, leaving you to just pick up the car!

If I was posted to the Falklands or Kosovo could I buy a tax-free Peugeot?

You can only take advantage of NATO Forces tax-free privileges if you intend to take the vehicle with you.

Will my Peugeot warranty be valid in Europe?

For the first two years, yes. In year three, you have to cover the cost of warranty yourself, which your UK dealer may reimburse based on many variables, such as your personal circumstances and the country you're traveling to. So, it's really best to give your dealer a call before you leave to get the details straightened out.

Can I part exchange my existing vehicle?

Your local dealer will be happy to discuss this with you and will also be able to make a full valuation of your car.

I am a serving member of HM Forces but stationed in the UK – am I still entitled to NATO Forces discounted prices?

Yes, however our Peugeot Export team only deal with HM Forces discounts, so it's well worth checking in at your local dealer to see if they have any promotional offers too! This may be a lot cheaper than the Peugeot Export offer.
