We’re leading the way on CO2 emissions in Europe*.  Now let us help you do your bit.

If you want to reduce your vehicle’s emissions by upgrading to a new model, Peugeot is giving you a helping hand with the launch of the Peugeot Scrappage Scheme. This scheme is open to anyone with a vehicle more than seven years old, providing the vehicle has been yours for at least 90 days.

Qualifying customers can benefit from savings of up to £6,000 on a new Peugeot car and up to £7,000 + VAT on a new Peugeot van and the scheme runs until 31st March 2018, giving you plenty of time to find the right Peugeot model to suit your needs. The offer covers almost all current Peugeot passenger car and light commercial vehicles**, from the 108 city car to the award-winning all-new 3008 SUV up to our largest Boxer van.

All qualifying vehicles signed over to us under the Peugeot Scrappage Scheme will be permanently taken off the road and scrapped responsibly, in conjunction with current legal guidance, by our recycling partners, CarTakeBack™.

The Peugeot Scrappage Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with other existing offers across the Peugeot range. Please see our full Terms and Conditions of this new scheme at the bottom of this page for further details and eligibility.

To take advantage of the Peugeot Scrappage Scheme, make an enquiry or visit your local Peugeot dealer.

With the lowest average CO2 emissions of any car manufacturer across Europe*, Peugeot knows a thing or two about engine efficiency. The very latest generation Peugeot PureTech petrol and BlueHDi diesel engines have all been expertly engineered to please both head and heart.

Designed to produce drivability and performance, Peugeot’s PureTech 3-cylinder petrol engines combine efficiency with cutting-edge technology resulting in greater driving pleasure with lower running costs.

Winner of the 2015, 2016 and 2017 International  Engine of the Year Award in the 1.0 to 1.4-litre category, Peugeot PureTech is an advanced 3-cylinder petrol engine technology offering  a drive and performance normally associated with much bigger engines: put simply,  you have a 1.2L petrol  engine with the power and performance of a 1.6L engine, but with the efficiency of a smaller engine.

It’s a product of Peugeot’s 100 years of intelligent, innovative engineering and combines reduced weight materials with the efficiency of applying direct fuel injection to three cylinders.

Peugeot diesel engines are clean, powerful and efficient. Generated from our world-famous diesel heritage and innovative, automotive engineering excellence, Peugeot’s BlueHDi complies with Euro 6 emission standards to deliver a driving experience rich in power and performance but with exceptional fuel economy and CO2 emissions.

BlueHDi engines meet Euro 6 standards thanks to Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Particle Filtration processes with BlueHDi delivering the cleanest diesel engine possible through a three stage cleansing process which specifically targets the pollutants of diesel combustion; removes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide; and reduces nitrogen oxides by up to 90% and eliminates 99.9% of particulates.

*Average Peugeot group CO2 of 101.9g/km in 2016
**Excluding iOn, all-new 5008 SUV, Traveller, Partner Tepee Electric, Boxer Window Van, Boxer Chassis Cab and Boxer Back to Back
