The new – lower emission – Peugeot 407

Peugeot 407
Peugeot's 407 now features a revised 1.6-litre HDi 110 engine

Peugeot’s 407 range is a popular fleet choice. And it’s now available with a new engine, lower CO2, improved fuel economy and extra equipment as standard.

So with emissions of 129g/km and combined mpg of 57.6mpg, why not take a closer look at the 407 HDi 110…

New engine
The revised 1.6-litre HDi 110 engine delivers a combined fuel economy of 57.7mpg – and CO2 emissions of 129g/km. Key to this improved mpg is the major engine recalibration carried out on the 1.6-litre HDi FAP unit in order to significantly reduce emissions… with no impact on performance.
The 407 HDi 110 has electro-hydraulic power steering*, again optimising fuel consumption compared to traditional hydraulic steering powered by the engine.

Extra equipment
New features were also introduced on the 407 Saloon and SW last July, including front parking assistance and a new audio and navigation system complete with built in Bluetooth.

The 407 range also features the 2.0-litre HDi FAP Euro 5 specification engine, capable of 50.4mpg, 150g/km of CO2 with power increased to 140bhp.
And why not take a look at the 407 SR model which includes Peugeot Connect Navigation, 16” alloy wheels and Bluetooth hands-free as standard.
Prices for the 407 Saloon start with the ‘S’ trim 2.0-litre Bioflex petrol at £17,745.
