Peugeot Customer Care is provided by a network of specialist
providers who can help you with any problems that occur in your
fleet.
Modern vehicles are often complex
characters and things may go wrong from time to time, so if you're
unhappy with any element of your vehicle make sure you chat to your
local Peugeot dealer who will be more than willing to help you.
Our Peugeot Fleet Service Promise means
that if a repair takes less than an hour, we'll make sure it's done
while the customer waits. If the repair takes longer than 48 hours
(subject to a few terms and conditions) we'll provide alternative
transport. And, of course, we'll give you a free wash and vac as
well.
Fleet customers who participate in the
Peugeot Fleet Service National Pricing Programme can
also take advantage of the benefits offered by our dealers with the
Fleet Service Promise. They include guaranteed maximum lead times
for service bookings, complementary wash and vac, delivery and
collection service and many more.
