The new Peugeot 107

Peugeot 107
Peugeot's 107 now has lower emissions

It’s Peugeot’s cheeky City Bug, offering low emissions, great fuel consumption – and an annual tax bill of just £35.

And now the 107 – the best selling low emissions car of 2007* – has been given a style-makeover.
A new Peugeot 107 will be introduced in 2009 featuring a stylish ‘new face’ with enhanced equipment with upgraded interior.

It will also have better fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions of just 106g/km.

Changes include chrome detailing and a new wheel trim design. The interior has also been upgraded and includes new upholstery. There will also be a choice of new exterior colours to choose from.

The 107 is powered by an economical 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine. It has a combined-cycle fuel consumption figure of 62.8mpg – an improvement of 2% over the previous model.

CO2 emissions are also reduced from 109g/km to just 106g/km. This means the 107 will stay in road tax band B – seeing an annual tax bill of £35 for a year.
From April 2009, the annual VED bill will be just £20.

The new 107 will be in Peugeot showrooms in early 2009.
